What is collected
This English site has no contact form. If you write to me by email, I receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address, your company and what you want to discuss.
The Japanese site has a contact form that collects company name (optional), name, email address and your message.
In addition, page view records (referrer, device type, country) are collected in a form that does not identify individuals, to understand how the site is used.
What it is used for
- Replying to your enquiry
- Clarifying what you need and proposing scope and a quote
- Communication and delivery once we are working together
- Improving this site, as statistics that do not identify individuals
It is not used for anything else. I do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Sharing with third parties
Your information is not provided to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Where delivery involves working with an external engineer, information is shared only to the extent required for that work. I explain the arrangement to you beforehand.
External services used
This site is operated using the services below. How each provider handles personal information is governed by their own terms.
- Google Workspace
- Sending and receiving email (Google LLC)
- Google Forms
- Receiving and storing enquiries from the Japanese site (Google LLC). Not used on this English page
- Cloudflare
- Site delivery and traffic measurement (Cloudflare, Inc.). No cookies are used for measurement
- Google Fonts
- Font delivery (Google LLC). Your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads
Retention
Enquiries are kept for three years after the conversation ends, then deleted. If we enter into a contract, records are kept together with accounting documents for the period required by law.
Access, correction and deletion
If you want your information disclosed, corrected, suspended from use or deleted, contact me at the address above. I will verify your identity and act promptly.
Changes
Any changes are published on this page.
