WHY I DO THIS WORK

From infrastructure
to everyday tools.

  1. FROM 2022Building infrastructure

    In April 2022 I joined an IT company in telecommunications infrastructure as a bilingual engineer, responsible for the design, build, maintenance and operation of networks and servers.

  2. FROM 2024Inside Japanese companies

    In 2024 I went independent and started ACLab. Since then I have worked inside the day-to-day operations of more than 50 companies and organizations in Japan, most of them small and mid-sized: listening to how the work is done, designing the workflow, building the automation and business systems, and training the people who use them. More than 1,000 people have taken my AI training.

    What I care about most is that the system is still in use after I leave.

  3. NOWWorking with global teams

    I am extending the same work to companies outside Japan, especially AI and SaaS teams bringing their products to Japanese customers. I work remotely, in Japan business hours, between the customer in Japan and the product team abroad.

Japan launch & implementation
For global AI and SaaS teams: customer discovery in Japanese, pilot support, integration, onboarding, training and ongoing operations with Japanese customers. How it works
AI training & enablement
Hands-on sessions in Japanese where teams learn to use AI in their own work: a half-day session or a three-session program, around 10 people per session. 100+ sessions and workshops, 1,000+ people trained so far.
